Our association was created above all to provide access to care for patients in need. This is what drives our actions every day. It is for them that we make the collected and reconditioned material available free of charge.
First of all, to donate equipment, you must ensure that it is in very good condition. ACHA does not have a workshop where equipment can be completely refurbished, so it must be in perfect working order or require only minor repairs. The collected goods are then cleaned and disinfected for reuse.
Individuals can donate equipment that is no longer in use following a renewal (and if the old equipment is still in working order) or in case of death.
Professionals (hospitals, CMS, nursing homes, specialized homes, rehabilitation centers, …) can also donate equipment, when the time has come to renew certain technical aids because the budget allows it while the old ones are still perfectly usable, rather than throwing them away, we can take them back and offer them a second life.
Together let’s simplify access to health services
Our missions aim above all at valorizing medical equipment in a recycling circuit of solidarity. Our actions promote access to quality health care for poor populations.
Our goal is to train volunteers and skilled workers on site. In this way, we seek to promote the autonomy of local centers. In the future they will be able to master and fully use the technicality of the material offered. They will then be the effective relays of our geographical development. We will be able to intervene further and further from the big cities and reach more remote areas.
