An innovative medical project

The Multidisciplinary Care Center

The context

The project was born two years ago, when the president of ACHA was visiting her family in her native country, Cameroon. She became aware of the plight of the people of Mimboman, who live in poor sanitary conditions.

Due to poverty, lack of social security and dilapidated medical facilities, the sick are sometimes left at home. Daily health problems such as malnutrition and infant mortality, malaria, pregnancy-related complications and many others require effective solutions.

The project

Salomé Reusser Mbarga then launched the construction project of the health center of Mimboman in order to help the deprived populations. The stages of construction and quality control will be carried out by a local company mandated by the association. The association has already purchased a 1000m2 plot of land.
